Prices
All prices are net, FOB New Jersey (unless otherwise noted), and do not include shipping and handling or taxes. Weitzner reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Prices should be checked with your local representative or customersupport@weitznerlimited.com prior to ordering.

Terms
Full payment, including shipping and any other miscellaneous itemized charges, is required prior to shipment unless credit has been established. Thereafter, credit terms are net 30 days to approved accounts.

Ordering
A purchase order is essential. Telephone orders must be confirmed in writing. Website orders will be reviewed by Weitzner Customer Support and acknowledged by email prior to shipping.  

Catalogue number, fabric/wallcovering name and color must be included in the order. Please specify cut lengths required for window fabrics and wallcoverings. Please specify face or back for reversible fabrics.

Fabric is sold in multiples of 1/4 yards with a 2 yard minimum per fabric. A $20 surcharge will apply to each fabric ordered in quantities less than the minimum. 

Wallcovering (continuous yardage) is sold in increments of 1 yard with a 5 yard minimum, unless specifically noted; wallcovering panels are sold in full panels with a 1 panel minimum; wallcovering tiles are sold by the box with a 1 box minimum. A $20 surcharge will apply to each wallcovering ordered in quantities less than the minimum, except Clean Vinyl wallcoverings, where a $3 per yard surcharge applies to orders less than 30 yards.

Orders are subject to acceptance with issuance of written order acknowledgments which are final and binding. All order acknowledgments will include an anticipated delivery date. Orders may only be changed prior to shipment by written request. All such requests are subject to Weitzner's ability to conform. Additional material, labor, administrative and/or other costs may be charged.

Shipping
Complete shipping instructions as to carrier and routing should be included with the order. If no routing is specified (or i'f best' routing is requested) Weitzner will select an appropriate carrier. All goods are shipped at purchaser's risk, FOB New Jersey (unless otherwise noted), and Weitzner is not responsible for delays, failure of delivery, loss or damage in transit or storage. 

Weitzner website orders ship to locations in the United States. Weitzner offers FedEx Ground shipping within the United States exclusively for orders placed through the website. For orders shipping outside the United States, or for expedited shipping, please contact customersupport@weitznerlimited.com. 

As inventory levels can fluctuate due to allowances or shortages, Weitzner reserves the right to adjust cut lengths as necessary. Such circumstances may delay the release of goods for shipping. We reserve the right to make partial shipments as goods are available. Invoices for such shipments are to be paid as they become due.

Cancellations
Orders may not be canceled without the written consent of Weitzner. A cancellation charge of up to 25% of the total amount of the order may be applied. Orders requiring a deposit for which payment has been received are non-cancelable without forfeiture of entire deposit.

Claims
No claim may be made after a fabric or wallcovering has been cut or finished. Claims must be made in writing within two weeks from date of receipt of goods.

Weitzner will not be responsible for any costs other than those billed by Weitzner.

Returns
No goods may be returned without Weitzner's prior written consent. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Fabric/wallcovering pieces less than 10 yards or three panels are not returnable. A handling charge of up to 25% of the net merchandise amount may be charged on all approved returns, which must have a Weitzner Return Goods Authorization form attached. Sales of all 'warehouse sale' items are final.

Quality
Goods are not guaranteed against fading, wearing, dimensional change or any other physical changes in appearance.

Limitations
Variations in dyes, dye lots, yarns and spinning lots may cause variations between samples and shipped goods. A cutting of current stock will be sent upon request with order acknowledgment, except for products where CFA is not available. All weights and dimensions are approximate.

For fabrics, professional dry-cleaning only is recommended except where noted. For wallcoverings, cleaning and installation instructions (included with each wallcovering shipment or available at www.weitznerlimited.com), should be carefully read, understood and followed.

Weitzner offers third party finishing services, and will bill the client for shipping to the finisher and to the final destination. These orders are not returnable. Weitzner will not be responsible for any variations as a result of the specified elective finish. 

Reserves
Reserves are good for two weeks and may be placed on goods in stock; no reserves against incoming stock will be accepted.

Testing
If testing information is required which is not contained herein, please contact customersupport@weitznerlimited.com.

Custom Orders
Custom orders will be accepted at Weitzner's discretion. If sufficient time and minimum yardage requirements are met, Weitzner will develop custom colors and/or designs.

All custom orders require a written purchase order and a non-refundable 50% deposit to begin production. All custom orders are subject to a maximum of 10% overage on the production run; adjustments will be made on the final invoice.

Custom orders may not be canceled or returned. Weitzner's ability to produce a custom design or color once does not guarantee Weitzner's ability to produce it in the future, which should be taken into account when calculating attic stock. Please contact your local Weitzner representative for additional information.

Intellectual Property
All Weitzner designs are copyrighted by, and remain the sole property of, Weitzner.

Weitzner makes no representation or warranties of any kind as to the operation or availability of this site or the content included on the site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk.

Due to the nature of individual computers and monitors, actual fabric/wallcovering and product colors may vary slightly from what is seen online.

Weitzner reserves the right to revoke the account and access rights of any registered user of this site who violates these Terms and Conditions, including misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized account use or engagement in any improper or illegal conduct.

Weitzner reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. All purchase orders will be subject to Terms and Conditions in effect at the time an order is placed with Weitzner.
