InResidence Spring 2007

Tiara is a handmade paper featuring sheer, cylindrical beads. The beads are arranged randomly, then hand-sewn to one end of the tinted paper and allowed to dangle freely. Jewelry for the wall, this is an unprecedented approach to dressing vertical surfaces or ceilings.

Available in two colorways: ice blue and frost.

Soliloquy — Half-inch diameter dollops of gold or platinum inks are hand-applied in a quirky, imperfectly rhythmic design crafted in India. The richly veined ground contrasts with the geometry of the circles for a whimsical effect.
